Guided Farm Walk – 11.30-1pm – £12 per person and includes a tea or coffee and a biscuit afterwards.
Learn about how we manage our equines, get to see “Behind The Scenes” and meet some of the ponies too!
A good level of mobility and fitness is required due to the uneven nature of some of our tracks and hilly areas on our walks.
Children’s craft activities – 11-1pm – £3 per craft. Horseshoe decorating and card making/colouring.
Crafts are payable on the day at reception.
Don’t forget we are also open for normal farm visits from 11-4pm. Entry out on to farm and walks is £3 per person with children under 5 yrs old free of charge. Café open from 11-2.30 for hot food and until 4pm for cake and hot/cold drinks.
How do I book an event?
You can book tickets quickly and easily via our event ticket form. You can only make one booking per transaction, so if you’re planning to attend multiple events please book each date separately.
To book your tickets you’ll just need to select the event date and the number of tickets required. You’ll receive an email confirming the details of your event booking – please keep this safe! You’ll need to either print it out or have it to hand on your phone when you visit to confirm proof of your booking.
Please note that you can only book a set number of tickets via our website, so if you’re looking to arrange a larger group booking please get in touch with us by emailing gfevents@worldhorsewelfare.org and we’ll be very happy to help.
What if I need to change or cancel my booking?
Tickets are non-refundable once purchased. If you cannot attend on the date for which they were purchased (even if this is due to circumstances beyond your control) a refund or exchange cannot be guaranteed. Please contact us to see if you are entitled to a refund or exchange by emailing gfevents@worldhorsewelfare.org.
