You will now receive an email confirming the details of your booking. If you don’t receive the email, please do check your junk mail. Please either print out the email or keep it to hand on your phone, as you will need it to confirm proof of your booking when you visit.

Ticket Terms and Conditions

Tickets are not transferable and accordingly may not be sold or passed to any third party. You have booked a specific date for your ticket and it will only be valid on that date.

All persons entering the Farm and Visitor Centre must have a valid entrance ticket/receipt which must be retained during your visit.

World Horse Welfare reserves the right to transfer tickets to another date or offer an alternative date in case of incidents beyond its control.

Refund Policy

Tickets are non-refundable once purchased. If you cannot attend on the date for which they were purchased (even if this is due to circumstances beyond your control) a refund or exchange cannot be guaranteed. Please contact us to see if you are entitled to a refund or exchange by emailing hfevents@worldhorsewelfare.org.
