Meet Jelly Tot

Pretty wee Jelly tot is ready to find a new home as a non-ridden companion. Jelly tot is a bright character and is always full of fun. She loves coming in for a good groom and some attention and behaves well for our vet and farrier. She will happily live out full time and mixes well with mares or geldings. Jelly tot is good to catch but likes a wee treat or two to entice her sometimes. She can be a sassy little pony in the field, and she doesn’t let her small size stop her from trying to boss around the big horses. She is often seen playing in the field and is always up to some form of mischief! Jelly tot gains weight extremely easily so will need a home where her grazing can be restricted, due to this she is best suited to living with other small ponies. If you think you could offer this cheeky mare a new home where she will get lots of attention, please apply online.

Important stuff

Jelly Tot can never be ridden or driven.

All equines in our centres are regularly assessed by a team of experts including a vet, physiotherapist and farrier, and these assessments have found that Jelly Tot is not suitable to be worked.

History

Jelly Tot was born at Belwade Farm in May 2014. Her mother had arrived two months earlier after concerns were raised for her welfare and that of two other ponies. They were very underweight. Jelly Tot has been rehomed previously, but returned to the farm when her rehomer's circumstances changed.
