Meet Troy

Troy is a very friendly gelding looking for a home as a companion. Always first over for some fuss, Troy thrives on interaction from his human and horse friends. Currently Troy lives out 24/7 in a group of geldings but he could learn to stable part time in a quiet environment if needed. He is very good to handle but can get anxious in busy environments so is looking for a rehomer who is confident to give him the support he needs. Troy is looking for a home where he isn’t left alone and while he needs restricted grazing in the summer, he could have more grazing in the autumn and winter.

Important stuff

Troy can never be ridden or driven.

All equines in our centres are regularly assessed by a team of experts including a vet, physiotherapist and farrier, and these assessments have found that Troy is not suitable to be worked.
