Meet Dolly

Dolly is a gentle lady who thoroughly enjoys human attention and a bit of pampering. She is generally good to handle and does what is asked of her. She usually finds herself in the middle of the pecking order in the herd and is quite good at pulling grumpy faces to scare off anybody she thinks may pose a threat. However, if somebody challenges her she will soon submit to avoid any hassle. Dolly much prefers a quiet life with like minded friends she can become close to. Dolly is prone to putting on weight easily so this must be carefully monitored. Dolly will suit a quiet home with a regular routine where she can just relax and enjoy being a horse.

Important stuff

Dolly can never be ridden or driven.

All equines in our centres are regularly assessed by a team of experts including a vet, physiotherapist and farrier, and these assessments have found that Dolly is not suitable to be worked.
