Meet Etoile De Feu (Evie)

Evie is a gorgeous Arab mare who loves to be pampered. Evie came into Belwade Farm as a welfare concern and was underweight with poor feet on arrival. She has come on brilliantly since being here, has gained condition and her lovely personality is really shining through. Evie is an extremely affectionate pony who adores attention and especially neck scratches! She loves people and is so good to catch that she usually comes to call in the field. Evie is well mannered for the vet and farrier but does need her teeth checked every six months for her to remain comfortable. She arrived with poor feet and she still has a few cracks that are growing out but they are improving with each trim. On occasion, Evie can sometimes get excited when being led to the field and will start jogging so will need a competent handler to help keep her calm. She is generally very polite to handle but will sometimes need to be asked to remember her manners with clear and confident handling which she always responds well to. Evie is currently living out full time with a group of mares but does require a cosy turnout rug now the cold weather has arrived to maintain her condition. She may be happy in a stable if she was brought in with her field mates and never left by herself. If you think you could offer this beautiful mare a new home, please apply online.
