Meet Ruth

Ruth is a lovely little mare but can become a little worried in new situations so needs to be allowed time to settle in to a new home. She would benefit from a confident handler who can reassure her if needed. Ruth thrives in a regular routine where she knows what to expect. Once settled she is good to handle and really does try to please. She enjoys a good fuss and a pamper. Ruth is best suited to a quiet home with not much change where she can kick up her heels and enjoy being a horse.

Important stuff

Ruth can never be ridden or driven.

All equines in our centres are regularly assessed by a team of experts including a vet, physiotherapist and farrier, and these assessments have found that Ruth is not suitable to be worked.

History

Ruth was recently returned from loan due to a change in circumstances and through no fault of her own.
