Kambi (Indy)
Meet Kambi (Indy)
Kambi is a sweet natured mare with a kind personality. Kambi looks to her handler for confidence so requires a calm and experienced person. In a regular routine Kambi is good to handle and easy to care for. Kambi mixes well with most in her herd and is not interested in getting involved in any squabbles. She makes an ideal companion to a ridden horse as she will happily settle on her own for short periods although this will need to be introduced gradually in a new home. We caught Kambi on camera enjoying a lovely scratch, please check out our video at the bottom of the page!
Important stuff
Kambi (Indy) can never be ridden or driven.
All equines in our centres are regularly assessed by a team of experts including a vet, physiotherapist and farrier, and these assessments have found that Kambi (Indy) is not suitable to be worked.
History
Kambi was previously owned by an equine charity that had to close down, leaving several horses that needed to be rehomed. She has since been rehomed by us but was recently returned from loan due to a change in her rehomer's circumstances.
