Meet Teddy

Teddy is now ready for a new adventure as a Project. Teddy is a friendly young gelding who was born at the farm. He is good to groom and catch and will stand in a stable as part of his routine. He is looking for a new home with an experienced rehomer to continue his education and give him lots of confidence. At the farm Teddy has learnt basic lunging and long reining and could be brought into ridden work. Teddy currently lives out 24/7 on restricted grazing with other geldings and would make a lovely friend to one or more geldings in a home. As he is still young, it will be important that he continues to have daily, basic handling and not be left alone. Once settled, he could learn to stay on his own for short periods of time as part of his education. Teddy has mild sweet itch and will have a weight limit of 10 stone.

History

Teddy was born at the farm in April 2019, his mother, Primrose, had come into our care as a welfare case.
