Bella
Meet Bella
Sweet mare Bella is looking for a loving home as a companion and is happy living in a quiet and settled routine. Bella came into our care in 2019 following a welfare concern and was successfully rehomed for a number of years. She is good to handle, lead and stable; she loves human interaction and a good pamper. Bella requires restricted grazing to prevent laminitis and weight gain and is currently in a routine of being stabled part time. Bella is a lovable mare who would make a wonderful addition to another pony or small herd requiring the same restricted grazing management. If introduced slowly, Bella could learn to stay on her own for short periods.
Important stuff
Bella can never be ridden or driven.
All equines in our centres are regularly assessed by a team of experts including a vet, physiotherapist and farrier, and these assessments have found that Bella is not suitable to be worked.
History
Bella came in with two other mares in August 2019 as part of a welfare case.
