|How we manage our horses can have a huge impact on their behaviour, as well as their physical and psychological health. In this webinar equine behaviourist Justine Harrison discussed the horse’s basic behavioural needs and explained why behaviour problems may appear if their management is restricted. Justine looked at stress, how it affects the horse, and how we can manage their environment to reduce stress and avoid behaviour problems occurring.
Justine was joined by fellow equine behaviourist Rosa Verwijs to answer questions from the live audience about horse behaviour and how management practices can impact their wellbeing and mental health.
