Vet and Equine Dental Technician Alice Hughes shared with us everything we need to know about keeping our horses’ teeth and mouths as healthy as possible. Alice described commonly found dental problems, shared her top tips to help us recognise potential dental issues and explained what routine care we should be providing. She was joined by our Centre Manager at Belwade Rescue and Rehoming Centre Eileen Gillen, who illustrated some of the cases which have come into the farm and explained how we manage the dental health of all our horses, from the very young to the very old.
Alice and Eileen both have a lifetime of experience working with horses and were on hand at the end of the webinar to answer questions about equine dentistry or your horse’s oral care from the viewers.
